Registration
Participants must read the following notes carefully. Once the registration application is submitted, it indicates that the participant confirms and agrees to accept all rules, terms, and arrangements of the activity.
Successfully registered participants will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email after registration, please contact us (Email: [email protected]; Tel: +852 2117 1650; WhatsApp: +852 6087 6795).
Once the registration is accepted, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The Organizer will issue a confirmation within ten working days after receiving the application. If the confirmation email is not received as expected, please contact the Organizer immediately.
Duplicate registrations for the same race will be treated as a single registration. Extra registration fees will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to other applicants or other races. Submitted registration information will not be returned.
Participants must submit correct personal information for verification purposes. If the information submitted is incorrect, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the registration and eligibility at any time without further explanation.
Participants may only register for the age group corresponding to their own age (age is calculated by birth year). For example, if a participant was born in December 2006, their age will be regarded as 20 for the 2026 event, and the category should be "Men's/Women's Adult Group." The Organizer reserves the right to verify the participant's age before or after the activity or require the participant to provide identity documents for age verification.
Participants understand and agree that participation in this activity is voluntary. Participants must understand the risks involved and the physical exertion required for this activity and should confirm their physical condition is suitable for running before registering. Anyone who is pregnant or suffering from chronic diseases such as heart disease and high blood pressure is not advised to register for this activity.
On-site and late registrations will not be accepted.
Registration will not be accepted if the provided information is incomplete.
Race Pack
Notification regarding the collection of the Race Pack will be sent to participants via email two weeks prior to the activity.
Participants must bring a printed copy of the notification email or present the relevant notification email to collect activity materials.
Health and safety advice
Participants must ensure their physical condition is suitable for the competition. If in doubt, please consult a doctor's advice first.
Participants must clearly understand the content and nature of the activity, acknowledging that it requires physical exertion, and confirm that their health status is suitable for participation. The Organizer suggests all participants monitor their own physical condition during the activity. If feeling unwell, please stop the activity immediately and seek help from on-site staff.
Participants should take their own sun protection measures, such as preparing sunscreen, wearing hats, and replenishing body fluids.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant deemed unsuitable for the activity upon discovery or suspicion of such condition.
The Organizer has purchased Public Liability Insurance for this activity. Participants should note that this insurance is not equivalent to personal accident insurance. Participants may evaluate and purchase personal insurance products at their own discretion to cover personal risks.
Participants must carefully attend to their own safety during the activity, follow the arrangements and instructions of staff, and maintain mutual respect and courtesy. If any participant causes extra expenses for the Organizer due to any behavior, negligence, or intentional damage, the participant must make reasonable compensation to the Organizer.
To the extent permitted by law, participants agree to waive all claims against the Organizer and all relevant staff for personal injury, death, property loss, or damage resulting from participation in the activity.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the event. For any disputes arising from this activity (including the interpretation and exercise of any participation rules), the Organizer shall have the final decision.
Severe Weather
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted at or after 8:00 AM on the day before the activity, the event will be cancelled.
If a Red/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted, or an "Extreme Conditions" warning is issued by the Observatory at or after 4:00 AM on the day of the activity, the event will be cancelled.
If the activity is cancelled due to any of the above warnings, the Organizer will not arrange a rescheduled race, and the registration fee will not be refunded.
If the weather is inclement or any of the above warnings are hoisted during the activity, the Race Director has the right to change the race route or cancel the ongoing activity. The registration fee will not be refunded.
The Organizer suggests participants call or visit the Hong Kong Observatory website on the morning of the activity to check weather conditions (Tel: 1878200).

Others
- If the activity is forced to be cancelled due to force majeure, the Organizer shall not bear any resulting responsibilities. "Force Majeure" includes but is not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, or other serious natural disasters or acts of God, or due to protests, riots, civil disobedience, uprising, marches, rebellion, assembly, demonstration, occupation, commotion, large-scale gatherings, war, insurrection, intentional sabotage, pandemic, infectious disease, or terrorist attacks, or the possibility of the aforementioned events occurring.
- Items, clothing, or accessories worn or carried by participants must not contain political, racially discriminatory, or obscene implications, nor flags, patterns, or messages that can be used for demonstration. The Organizer has the right to terminate the participation of any violator.
- Participants' personal belongings can be stored in the baggage storage area provided by the Organizer. Do not bring valuable items; the Organizer will not be responsible or provide compensation for any damage or loss. Once this arrangement is used, the participant is assumed to have accepted this term.
- Participants participate in the competition voluntarily and are willing to bear all responsibilities. Participants shall also abide by the competition rules and decisions. The Organizer, sponsors, and other relevant co-organizers shall not be liable for any property loss, injury, or death sustained by participants while traveling to/from the venue or during the competition.
- Participants are willing to authorize the Organizer to use their image, name, voice, and personal data for event promotion purposes without prior review by the participant.
- Participants are prohibited from reselling souvenirs, prizes, trophies, medals, and/or cash vouchers from the Race Pack through any means or channels. The Organizer reserves the right to take legal action against any participant who resells the aforementioned items. All items are non-redeemable for cash.
- If inquiries or assistance are needed during the activity, please contact staff at the Information Counter.
- The Organizer reserves the right to use photos of this event for future promotional purposes.
- In case of any dispute regarding awards and rankings, the Organizer reserves the right of final decision.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend and interpret the above rules.
- If there is any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these regulations, the Chinese version shall prevail.
